Oversee reporting cycles and ensure compliance with federal financial requirements
Deliver high-quality, audit-ready financial reporting packages
Manage staffing, work assignments, schedules, deliverables, risks, meeting cadence, and overall contract performance
Lead or review federal financial statements, footnotes, trial balances, and financial reporting packages
Coordinate responses to audit inquiries and auditor follow-up activities
Identify reporting, audit, compliance, and operational risks and drive corrective actions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
10+ years of experience supporting federal financial reporting, financial statement preparation, Treasury reporting, GTAS submissions, and audit readiness.
5+ years of experience applying OMB Circular A-136, USSGL, FASAB standards, and federal accounting principles.
5+ years of experience leading federal financial management teams, audit support activities, quality control reviews, client engagements, and executive communications.
