About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, enhance, and maintain secure, efficient, and scalable software solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code aligned with established engineering standards
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements across systems
- Assist with diagnosing and resolving production issues, including root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with peers to design and implement software components and services
- Explore and introduce new tools, techniques, and ideas that improve product quality and team efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Approximately 6–9 years of relevant, hands-on software engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Financial Service experience required
- Relevant technical certifications are beneficial but not required
