  • - Expertise in Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
  • - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • - Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
  • - Experience with project management tools like Azure DevOps and Jira
  • - Capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across multiple projects
  • - Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and decision-making in ambiguous situations
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
