About the role
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of backend developers to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Architect and develop robust backend systems leveraging .Net frameworks
- Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements
- Ensure best practices in coding, application design, and development processes are followed
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues and bugs
- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to existing code and processes
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovative solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in backend development, specifically with .Net technologies
- Proven experience in a leadership or team lead role
- Strong proficiency in .Net Core, C#, and related frameworks
- Experience with API design and development
- Familiarity with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
