About the role
- Manage and lead a team of SAP FICO consultants, providing direction and guidance
- Oversee the implementation of SAP FICO projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP FICO
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules and functionality
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP FICO projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- SAP FICO certification is a plus
