About the role
- Create visually stunning and user-centric designs that meet clients' needs and goals.
- Work closely with development and product teams to ensure designs are functional and intuitive.
- Lead the design process from ideation to implementation.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Contribute to the overall visual and interactive design direction of products to ensure consistency and a seamless user experience.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design elements.
- Knowledge of current design trends, including responsive design and mobile app design.
- Ability to conduct user research and apply insights to design decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
