About the role

  • - Develop and maintain custom CRM applications within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • - Design, customize, and optimize workflows, business rules, and plugins.
  • - Conduct code reviews, component testing, and quality assurance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • - Create and oversee documentation related to CRM processes and solutions.
  • - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing CRM systems.
  • - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in CRM solutions, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Requirements

  • - Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, specifically within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
  • - Strong understanding of CRM integrations, configurations, and customizations.
  • - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM web services using SOAP and REST APIs.
  • - Proficient in C#, JavaScript, and various web technologies including HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
  • - Experience with databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
  • - Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and debugging methodologies.
  • - Familiar with software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
  • - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
