About the role

  • Develop and implement customized SharePoint solutions with a focus on functionality and user experience.
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements and transform them into SharePoint features and applications.
  • Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve system issues and implement best practices.
  • Document technical specifications, user guides, and other necessary documentation for all developed solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest SharePoint technologies and trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development and customization
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2013/2016/2019
  • Proficient in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint management
  • Familiarity with various SharePoint features, such as workflows, lists, libraries, and site collections
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools is desirable
  • Certifications in SharePoint development are a plus
