• Receive affiliate supplemental agreement requests from the Creative Department and review for errors
• Approve applicable Business Affairs Department terms and shepherd deal memo through agreement lifecycle
• Develop and maintain familiarity with contract templates and other affiliations documents
• Supervise deal recoupments, contingent payments, and notify internal stakeholders
• Interface with the Finance Department regarding monitoring and collection of other recoupable monies
• Liaise with the RDRS Department on pre-and post-distribution issues
