About the role
- Development and ownership of the overall product vision and a multi-year product roadmap
- Strategic advancement of the entire product portfolio
- End-to-end responsibility for product developments
- Leadership and development of the product team
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards, schedules, budgets and profitability
- Management of the entire product lifecycle
- Establishment of strategic supplier and development partnerships
- Systematic integration of responsibility and sustainability aspects
- Close cooperation with external experts and partners
- Close alignment with Brand, Marketing and Sales to develop product positioning
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in product management for end-consumer (B2C) products
- Proven leadership experience in cross-functional product teams
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop actionable product visions
- Experience with brand-driven, design-oriented organizations
- Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes and hardware development
- High standards for design, usability and user experience
- Strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
