About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the intercompany product strategy within BlackLine’s agentic financial operations platform
  • Support the roadmap for continuous matching, netting and settlement, eliminations, transfer pricing, and compliance context including OECD Pillar Two
  • Translate customer and market insight into a roadmap aligned to company OKRs and product KPIs
  • Set the agent-first direction, including fuzzy matching, predictive risk scoring, confidence thresholds, policies, and human-in-the-loop controls
  • Build responsible-AI guardrails with attributable, bounded, and auditable agent actions
  • Drive execution across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM
  • Align roadmaps, manage delivery and dependencies, mitigate risk, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Define and measure success criteria for product initiatives
  • Contribute to business planning and investment decisions using business cases, ROI analysis, and quarterly planning inputs
  • Influence prioritization across departments and senior stakeholders
  • Engage intercompany design partners and early-access customers
  • Gather feedback, translate insights into the roadmap, and use outcomes to support broader rollout
  • Champion process improvements and operational excellence across the product lifecycle
  • Mentor emerging product managers and raise the bar for product craft

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8–12+ years in product management or a related role
  • Track record leading complex product initiatives end-to-end and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Proven ability to mentor other product managers
  • Ability to influence across departments and with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to represent the product externally with customers and partners
  • Experience shipping AI/ML- or data-powered features in production
  • Working knowledge of LLMs, agents, confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop design, model evaluation, and responsible AI
  • Sound judgment on appropriate automation versus human review
  • Proficiency with Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Claude, Gemini, Figma, and Pendo
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS and the R2R close process
  • Working fluency with SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, sub-ledger and GL structures, and integration patterns
  • Deep hands-on understanding of intercompany accounting and operations, including transaction matching, netting and settlement, eliminations, transfer pricing, and OECD Pillar Two
  • Familiarity with the intercompany competitive and partner landscape is a strong plus
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
