About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take, develop and respond to briefs from internal stakeholders
- Develop creative ideas and deliver work that is engaging, strategically considered, on-brand and within brand guidelines
- Support marketing with ideas that contribute to campaigns, products and experiences
- Create production-ready artwork across a range of print requirements
- Create assets to support digital marketing activity including websites and presentations
- Work collaboratively across Creative, Marketing, Product and Commercial teams
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency of tone, visual identity and messaging
- Maintain high standards and ensure only the highest quality work is released
- Manage projects from brief through to delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years’ experience within an agency, studio or in-house creative environment
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence, conceptual thinking and attention to detail
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of both print and digital design processes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing projects from brief through to delivery
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- A healthy interest in the wider aspects of design and its application
- An appetite for continuous improvement and professional development
