About the role
- Analyze product performance post-launch, focusing on metrics like adoption, engagement, retention, and usage across both B2B and B2C products
- Partner with Product to identify growth levers and potential enhancements based on customer behavior and market feedback
- Work with Sales and Customer teams to understand how product features are being used (or not used) in real-world scenarios
- Provide insights to Product Marketing Managers to help refine positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation strategies
- Identify underperforming segments, features, or personas and recommend opportunities to optimize value delivery
- Collaborate with Marketing to evaluate how content and education initiatives are supporting long-term product success
- Lead ongoing product performance reviews and executive-level dashboards
Requirements
- +5 years in Product Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related role
- Strong experience interpreting product and customer data (e.g. adoption curves, retention metrics, engagement dashboards)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams — especially Product, Marketing, and Sales — to deliver data-backed insights
- Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C user behavior, particularly how users adopt and engage with digital products
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar
Benefits
- Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $51,037.50 to $68,000.00
- Salary Range for California Residents Only: $63,537.50 to $68,000.00
- Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
