About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as an extension of the client’s team, helping drive their B2B gift card business
  • Provide strategic and operational consulting expertise to develop a joint strategic plan for profitable growth
  • Execute the agreed go-to-market strategy through prospecting and direct sales efforts
  • Develop strategic and profitable partnerships across loyalty, incentive, and other distribution channels
  • Discover, connect, analyze, negotiate, and close high-value agreements
  • Support buyer base and develop plans to grow sales within existing client accounts
  • Oversee, project-manage, and coordinate the delivery of Velocity B2B services appropriate for the client account
  • Serve as the single point of contact for providing updates on gift card initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA in Business or Marketing preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in sales preferably in retail, B2B gift cards, digital gift cards, loyalty marketing, or payments
  • Proven results in designing, analyzing, and managing revenue-generating gift card programs
  • Proven success working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong network that helps source and facilitate key relationships
  • Candidates who are highly driven, passionate about delivering value and revenue for clients, and excited by a fast-paced, evolving marketplace will thrive at BHN.
  • Knowledge of the B2B gift card and/or loyalty industry
  • Excellent presentation and sales skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to integrate analytics into business cases and ROI
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate staff, peers, prospects, and clients
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Ability to develop and use business metrics to assess and continuously improve performance and outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • A self-starter with high energy and a strong sense of urgency
  • Diligent and organized
  • Experience working with a CRM system such as Salesforce
  • Curiosity and adaptability in emerging technologies with a proven ability to apply AI tools to improve work and drive measurable results.
