About the role

  • Build and lead the centralized analytics capability that provides the analytics & insights to facilitate data-driven decision making across the BHN organization
  • Own the analytical infrastructure, insights, and intelligence that leadership needs to answer strategic questions
  • Partner with executives across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
  • Establish analytical standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 Year Degree; MBA a plus
  • Minimum +8 years of experience in modeling and analytics
  • Superior analytics skills, with a proven ability to synthesize data and develop meaningful insights
  • Strong written and verbal communicatil skills with ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with various levels of management
  • Experience in implementing and utilizing AI tools to enhance work processes
