About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides professional-level support across a broad range of human resources functions and initiatives.
- Partners with employees, managers, and the HR team to support recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, compliance, HR reporting, and organizational initiatives.
- Exercises independent judgment and discretion in coordinating HR processes, interpreting policies, handling confidential information, and supporting day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Assists with the design, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Facilitates training sessions and employee learning initiatives both virtually and in person.
- Administers and maintains the organization’s learning management system, including reporting, user support, and training assignments.
- Supports benefits administration by responding to employee questions, assisting with enrollment activities, and coordinating communication related to benefit programs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3–5 years of Human Resources experience preferred
- Working knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and HR best practices
- Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment regarding confidential and sensitive information
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience working with HRIS systems and learning management systems preferred
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Previous experience supporting multiple HR functions
- Previous office and administrative experience required
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and other related software preferred
- Knowledge of employment and labor laws and regulations strongly preferred
