About the role
- Support various projects, identify business needs, and propose IT solutions
- Evaluate a client’s existing components
- Ensure that final solutions meet organizational needs
- Provide support and contribute to ERP projects, existing implementations, new implementations, upgrades, and migrations
- Participate in consulting engagements and perform implementation tasks producing quality deliverables
- Perform system integration, system testing, and troubleshooting activities associated with the ERP products and/or services
- Work across multiple projects to analyze current operational procedures and document business practices
Requirements
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Problem-solving methods using creativity, customer service, and teamwork
- Ability to train others and offer advice on best practice in the use of ERP systems
- Installation of ERP Systems, third-party software, and integration with ERP
- General end user support for ERP system
- Establish database and application configurations, standards, guidelines and quality assurance for systems development deliverables
- Preparation of technical reports, simulations, and instructional manuals to document system changes/developments
- Coordination and collaboration with functional users and IT staff
