Identify and develop new opportunities to deliver value to BlackCloak members, with a focus on emerging technologies and competitive differentiators.
Lead the end-to-end rapid prototyping process, from initial concept to functional prototype, ensuring initiatives meet defined success criteria.
Partner with CSOC leadership, Engineering and the Director of Product Innovation to vet new ideas, assess technical feasibility, and define architectural approaches.
Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, third-party services, and frameworks based on their potential to solve member problems and create strategic advantages for BlackCloak.
Take full ownership of new product concepts, from initial research and hypothesis testing to gathering feedback from stakeholders before committing to full-scale development.
Work closely with our platform, mobile, and security engineering teams to ensure the seamless integration of successful prototypes into our existing ecosystem.

Requirements

5+ years of technical product management experience with a proven track record of shipping complex products across mobile, desktop, and cloud environments.
A background in software engineering is a significant advantage.
A strong product sense and the ability to act as a strategic partner to both leadership and engineering.
Deep technical literacy and architectural understanding across our technology stack, including cloud services (GCP preferred), mobile & desktop development, and networking principles.
Proven ability to lead technical validation and prototyping processes in a fast-paced environment.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight in a high-growth environment.
Demonstrable experience in productizing AI technologies. You can identify high-impact use cases for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
