About the role
- Help shape exceptional user-centric mobile and web applications across multiple platforms.
- Contribute both design execution and system-level thinking.
- Work closely with our product team to understand business requirements.
- Apply knowledge of design principles to propose UI/UX design solutions.
- Work with development team members to assess feasibility and coordinate design and implementation of solutions.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Figma is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing with sensitive or high-stakes user groups.
- Familiarity with designing for secure and privacy-focused applications.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
