Own and administer various tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, LeanData, SalesNavigator, & LeadIQ.
Ensure data hygiene and integrity across platforms
Optimize integrations of various tools & platforms
Assist sales leadership with modeling, predictive analysis & future planning
Coordinate with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Success & Finance on data integrity, reporting & trending.
Troubleshoot and remediate issues which may inhibit the team from utilizing tools
Requirements
3+ Years of experience in an Sales Ops or Salesforce.com Administrator role
An Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within the organization
Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to work cross functionally to ensure success across the organization
Early/Mid Stage experience is a plus
