Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–26)
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure each patient is connected to the right ongoing care
Develop individualized treatment plans that establish a strong clinical foundation
Invest in first impressions by establishing positive, trusting rapport with patients and families

Requirements

What you’ll need

Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Virginia
Possess one (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care to children and adolescent patients
Have one (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet
Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 4pm ET during the week and/or weekends
