About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government customers
- Combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to translate complex secure communications challenges into high-impact solutions
- Lead consultative discovery discussions to uncover customer business, security, and compliance requirements
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders (CIO, CISO, CTO) to influence buying decisions
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer use cases
- Lead Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) engagements
- Support deal strategy by aligning technical win criteria with commercial objectives
- Anticipate and address technical objections throughout the sales cycle
- Enable and support strategic partners to scale solution adoption within key accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Mobility Management (UEM) and secure communications
- Experience supporting complex sales cycles (multi-stakeholder, high-value deals)
- Ability to align technical solutions to business and regulatory requirements
- Understanding of compliance-driven environments (e.g. government, finance, regulated industries)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
- Ability to work autonomously with strong prioritization and time management skills
- Collaborative mindset across sales, product, and partner ecosystems
- Experience with both cloud-delivered and on-premises solutions
