About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government customers
  • Combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to translate complex secure communications challenges into high-impact solutions
  • Lead consultative discovery discussions to uncover customer business, security, and compliance requirements
  • Engage confidently with senior stakeholders (CIO, CISO, CTO) to influence buying decisions
  • Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer use cases
  • Lead Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) engagements
  • Support deal strategy by aligning technical win criteria with commercial objectives
  • Anticipate and address technical objections throughout the sales cycle
  • Enable and support strategic partners to scale solution adoption within key accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Mobility Management (UEM) and secure communications
  • Experience supporting complex sales cycles (multi-stakeholder, high-value deals)
  • Ability to align technical solutions to business and regulatory requirements
  • Understanding of compliance-driven environments (e.g. government, finance, regulated industries)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Collaborative mindset across sales, product, and partner ecosystems
  • Experience with both cloud-delivered and on-premises solutions
