About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Owner’s Representative Project Management for complex energy and mission-critical infrastructure programs
Provide project management, integration, and controls leadership across a portfolio of projects
Ensure alignment, integration, and execution assurance across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover
Oversee scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and safety across concurrent projects
Drive alignment across multi-project portfolios, stakeholders, and delivery partners
Partner with home office and client teams to maintain Integrated Master Schedules, cost forecasts, and risk registers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline OR 15+ years of equivalent field experience in complex infrastructure project execution
Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects
Demonstrated experience in Owner’s Representative, PMC, or client-side program roles
Mega-project execution in large energy infrastructure
Mission-critical or data center delivery
Program-level coordination across multiple contractors, EPCs, and stakeholders
Home office project management and controls leadership (schedule, cost, risk)
Construction oversight, commissioning, and turnover support
