About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

provides onsite support to the project team with mildly complex procurement related activities
may be required to support other procurement duties
executes requisition process for commodities, supplies, construction services and third-party rental equipment
prepares contract documents for bidding, evaluation by project team, negotiations, award contracts and post-award activities for field procurement
executes field purchase orders, rental agreements, service agreements, and subcontracts using an enterprise procurement system
responsible for understanding and executing all project home office and field procurement procedures and policies
ensures all required vendor documentation for field procurements is requested as part of the contract and received in a timely manner
reviews and approves invoices using invoice processing software
processes field contract revisions
maintains field requisition and invoice logs
coordinates requisition process and field procurement activities with other groups within the team including project controls and construction with the home office

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of three (3) years experience without a degree
OSHA and any other mandatory training if an onsite position is assigned
All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected)
