About the role
- Manage execution of engineering components of multiple projects
- Lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians
- Supervise and mentor engineering staff
- Manage budgets, scheduling, and correspondence
- Prepare complex engineering deliverables
- Conduct research to develop equipment/material recommendations
- Oversee collection of data and management of engineering work
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements
- Establish workplans for projects
- Identify client interests/drivers and communicate concerns
Requirements
- PE license
- Previous engineering consulting experience
- Experience executing complex multi-discipline WTP and WWTP upgrades and expansion projects
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized accredited program
- Minimum of 11 years related work experience
