About the role
- Lead end-to-end instructional design using ADDIE or comparable methodologies
- Translate complex, role-based business and system processes into clear, task-oriented learning objectives
- Design and develop a variety of learning solutions, including: Instructor-led training (ILT), Virtual instructor-led training (VILT), Self-paced eLearning, Job aids, quick reference guides, and performance support tools
- Develop assessments, knowledge checks, and proficiency measures to support system readiness and adoption
- Design training aligned to software implementation lifecycles
- Facilitate live ILT and VILT sessions for diverse adult learner audiences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience designing and delivering training for enterprise software implementations or large-scale transformation programs
- Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Strong facilitation skills for instructor-led and virtual training environments
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous consulting and implementation settings
