About the role
- Functions in a project engineering technician capacity
- Supports engineering and design teams by developing and modifying technical deliverables
- Applies foundational engineering principles and established design practices
- Utilizes digital tools and design software to create technical documentation and drawings
- Provides technical guidance to other engineering professionals and technicians
- Applies knowledge of standards, systems, document control, and BV policies
- May review project requirements and deliverables
- Proactively applies BV Quality Program to deliverables
- Capable of handling difficult technical assignments
- Coordinates with other design group personnel to review project information
- May support field activities
Requirements
- Typically a minimum of 5 years related work experience
- Diploma or Certificate preferred
- Associate Degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology preferred
