About the role

  • Support engineering teams under general supervision
  • Perform technical tasks requiring intermediate knowledge of engineering principles and practices

  • Coordinate deliverables with other project groups to minimize errors and interferences
  • Support internal client needs while developing an understanding of external client priorities and drivers
  • Proactively seek out, share, and apply knowledge of new technologies and evolving processes

Requirements

  • Typically a minimum of 2 years related work experience
  • Associate Degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology preferred
  • Diploma or Certificate preferred
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and practices
  • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and PLS-CADD
  • Ability to create and modify structural models, drawings, and details using advanced techniques
