About the role

  • Support our Digital and Asset Management Systems Solutions to provide digital technical solutions to clients for application and dashboard development, data engineering and data analytics.
  • Compiling analysis and preparation of deliverables to contribute to the completion of multiple engagement phases of a project.
  • Clearly articulate methodologies, rationale, and outcomes through both written and oral communication.
  • Identifies and applies suitable technical approaches for diagnosing issues and devising solutions.
  • Assists clients in implementing modern data platforms and advanced analytics capabilities.
  • Contributes to business development by preparing proposals and participating in client strategy meetings.
  • Advises clients on best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.
  • Designs and delivers data warehousing and cloud-based solutions tailored to specific client requirements.
  • Architects, implements, and maintains scalable data pipelines and infrastructures, building and sustaining ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion, transformation, and integration.
  • Provides technical leadership and mentorship to both client and internal teams, proactively expanding subject matter expertise.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in data science or engineering
  • 2+ years’ experience in an analytical / data-centric role
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure Design / Construction Projects
  • Basic programming skills (VBA, Python, R, JavaScript)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
  • Basic knowledge of data integration (/ETL) (APIs, PowerShell)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Familiarity with cloud computing services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters Preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or digital project management.
  • Proficiency in tools such as ArcGIS Pro/Enterprise, SQL Python, Power BI, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience managing large-scale geospatial or data-driven projects in government, utilities, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills,
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high quality client outcomes.
