Compiling analysis and preparation of deliverables to contribute to the completion of multiple engagement phases of a project.
Clearly articulate methodologies, rationale, and outcomes through both written and oral communication.
Identifies and applies suitable technical approaches for diagnosing issues and devising solutions.
Assists clients in implementing modern data platforms and advanced analytics capabilities.
Contributes to business development by preparing proposals and participating in client strategy meetings.
Advises clients on best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.
Designs and delivers data warehousing and cloud-based solutions tailored to specific client requirements.
Architects, implements, and maintains scalable data pipelines and infrastructures, building and sustaining ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion, transformation, and integration.
Provides technical leadership and mentorship to both client and internal teams, proactively expanding subject matter expertise.

Requirements

Master’s degree in data science or engineering
2+ years’ experience in an analytical / data-centric role
Familiarity with Infrastructure Design / Construction Projects
Basic programming skills (VBA, Python, R, JavaScript)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
Basic knowledge of data integration (/ETL) (APIs, PowerShell)
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Familiarity with cloud computing services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters Preferred)
8+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or digital project management.
Proficiency in tools such as ArcGIS Pro/Enterprise, SQL Python, Power BI, and cloud-based platforms.
Experience managing large-scale geospatial or data-driven projects in government, utilities, or industrial sectors.
Strong communication and presentation skills,
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high quality client outcomes.
