About the role
- Support our Digital and Asset Management Systems Solutions to provide digital technical solutions to clients for application and dashboard development, data engineering and data analytics.
- Compiling analysis and preparation of deliverables to contribute to the completion of multiple engagement phases of a project.
- Clearly articulate methodologies, rationale, and outcomes through both written and oral communication.
- Identifies and applies suitable technical approaches for diagnosing issues and devising solutions.
- Assists clients in implementing modern data platforms and advanced analytics capabilities.
- Contributes to business development by preparing proposals and participating in client strategy meetings.
- Advises clients on best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.
- Designs and delivers data warehousing and cloud-based solutions tailored to specific client requirements.
- Architects, implements, and maintains scalable data pipelines and infrastructures, building and sustaining ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion, transformation, and integration.
- Provides technical leadership and mentorship to both client and internal teams, proactively expanding subject matter expertise.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in data science or engineering
- 2+ years’ experience in an analytical / data-centric role
- Familiarity with Infrastructure Design / Construction Projects
- Basic programming skills (VBA, Python, R, JavaScript)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
- Basic knowledge of data integration (/ETL) (APIs, PowerShell)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Familiarity with cloud computing services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters Preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or digital project management.
- Proficiency in tools such as ArcGIS Pro/Enterprise, SQL Python, Power BI, and cloud-based platforms.
- Experience managing large-scale geospatial or data-driven projects in government, utilities, or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills,
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high quality client outcomes.
