About the role
- Support delivery of technology projects, including requirements gathering, data evaluation, process mapping, report development, training, change management, and testing.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to provide insights, identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- Under general supervision, prepare reports, presentations, processes, tools, models and other deliverables to effectively communicate analysis and recommendations to clients.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops to support the project team with presentation and facilitation.
- Recognize and apply appropriate technical methods to diagnose issues and develop solutions; engage technical subject matter experts to fill knowledge gaps.
- Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality deliverables and successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree + 2-4 years experience OR Master's degree 2-4+ years experience in a business/consulting environment
- Master’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering preferred
- 2+ years of experience in the electric utility sector and/or in a management consulting role working with utilities preferred
- Knowledge of or direct experience with Grid Management & Modernization Solutions Deployment preferred
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of an industry or technical specialization
- Understanding and adherence to budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
