About the role
- Function as a Technical Specialist or Project Lead Role
- Support a variety of substation projects up to 765kV
- Develop protection and control design deliverables
- Develop physical design deliverables
- Perform or oversee quality review of electrical substation design packages
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Prepare electrical equipment specifications and Bills of Materials
- Communicate and coordinate project activities with clients and stakeholders
- Present proposals, designs, and project activities
- Prepare and manage design budgets and schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering technology or sciences preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
- Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)
