About the role
- Lead Electrical design for Battery Energy System Storage (BESS) facilities.
- Manage Electrical engineering staff on diverse and challenging projects across our portfolio of design services and EPC programs.
- Oversee Electrical design quality, budget, and schedule.
- Build business relationships with clients to understand needs and drivers.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing.
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
- Electrical Professional Engineer’s license in a US jurisdiction preferred.
- Consulting experience (BESS experience preferred).
- EPC execution experience.
- Strong communication skills, both with internal interdisciplinary teams as well as external client and construction teams.
