About the role

  • Maintain transparency by defining and communicating portfolio performance metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Sponsors, and Stakeholders to assess and manage portfolio risks
  • Oversee the BV project Demand & Supply lifecycle process
  • Build and sustain direct relationships with D&IT senior leadership
  • Advance project prioritization governance
  • Support the development of functional roadmaps alongside senior leadership
  • Make informed tradeoff decisions in the best interest of the portfolio
  • Promote consistency and excellence in workflow execution
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Champion innovation and drive a forward-looking culture
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts within the PMO
  • Mentor and coach Project Managers and team members
  • Contribute to the standards used in project execution
  • Represent the PMO at executive meetings and presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years in enterprise environments, preferably within technology, with 10+ years in progressively senior roles across project, program, or portfolio leadership

  • Organizational Savvy: Navigates silos with tact and diplomacy
  • Strategic Communication: Tailors messaging to diverse audiences
