About the role
- Maintain transparency by defining and communicating portfolio performance metrics and KPIs to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Sponsors, and Stakeholders to assess and manage portfolio risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Oversee the BV project Demand & Supply lifecycle process.
- Build and sustain direct relationships with D&IT senior leadership.
- Advance project prioritization governance.
- Support the development of functional roadmaps alongside senior leadership.
- Make informed tradeoff decisions in the best interest of the portfolio.
- Promote consistency and excellence in workflow execution across varying methodologies and frameworks within the portfolio.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Champion innovation and drive a forward-looking culture throughout the organization.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts within the PMO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years in enterprise environments, preferably within technology, with 10+ years in progressively senior roles across project, program, or portfolio leadership.
