About the role
- Lead Electrical design for Battery Energy System Storage (BESS) facilities
- Manage Electrical engineering staff on diverse and challenging projects
- Oversee Electrical design quality, budget, and schedule
- Build business relationships with clients to understand needs and drivers
- Prepare complex engineering calculations following standard methods and principles
- Actively delegate appropriate tasks to lower level team members to develop project execution staff
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience
- Electrical Professional Engineer’s license in a US jurisdiction preferred
- Consulting experience (BESS experience preferred)
- EPC execution experience
- Strong communication skills with internal interdisciplinary teams and external client and construction teams
