About the role
- Play a meaningful role in addressing critical infrastructure challenges
- Contribute to diverse, impactful projects supporting client goals
- Support engineering teams by performing technical tasks
- Utilize digital tools, design software (CAD, BIM, 3D tools, etc.), and standardized procedures
- Assist in the creation, modification, and maintenance of technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables
- Develop familiarity with standards, systems, document control, departmental guides and BV policies
- Ensure that deliverables are accurate and compliant
- Learn applications to modify deliverables based on design inputs
- Identify needs of internal clients and understand external client's interests and drivers
- Seek and share knowledge of latest technologies and processes
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate preferred
- Associate Degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology preferred
- Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.
