Manager

• Oversees assigned subcontract activities for a proposal and/or project and may be responsible for developing and/or administering any related subcontracts.
• May lead office teams and/or Subcontract Department initiatives.
• Prepares and manages assigned subcontracts for projects while following established policies and procedures.
• Ensures subcontract documents are issued correctly and on schedule.
• Assists with the development and monitoring of project subcontract budgets and schedules (i.e., man-hours, cost, subcontract milestone durations, etc).
• Assists with the establishment and/or monitoring of subcontract goals.
• Participates in meetings for assigned project(s), representing the Subcontracts department.
• Files appropriate documents and follows filing rules.
