About the role
- Create compelling podcast content
- Recruit new podcasters to join our network
- Strategically distribute content through partnership with ERPN/RadioLinx
- Build and maintain relationships with existing podcasters
- Set and track performance metrics related to content quality and listener engagement
- Seek and secure sponsorship opportunities for podcasts
Requirements
- Proven experience in podcast content creation and production
- Strong understanding of the podcasting industry and current trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to recruit and onboard new podcasters effectively
- Experience with distribution platforms and analytics
- Proven track record of meeting performance and revenue targets
- Familiarity with ERPN/RadioLinx Partnership is a plus
