About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or at least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-growth environment.
  • Ideally 5+ years of experience recruiting for the semiconductor, photonics, robotics or wider manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and build relationships with technical talent for both current and future hiring needs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with technical hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • An analytical approach to recruitment, using data and hiring metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve hiring processes.
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken, is required.
