About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, simulate, and optimize analog, RF, and mixed-signal circuit blocks
- Perform analyses to optimize performance and robustness
- Collaborate with layout engineers on parasitic-aware implementation and verification
- Support silicon bring-up, lab characterization, debugging, and performance correlation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define specifications and drive design decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or a related field
- Approximately 2–3 years of industry experience or equivalent hands-on research experience in analog, RF, mixed-signal, or high-speed IC design
- Strong understanding of analog circuit design fundamentals
- Knowledge of CMOS and/or FinFET device physics and high-frequency circuit behavior
- Experience with high-speed or RF blocks
- Strong simulation, debugging, and data-analysis skills
- Experience with Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre
- Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python
- Knowledge of RF and electromagnetic simulation tools
- Experience with post-layout extraction and verification tools
- Familiarity with high-speed lab test equipment and data-analysis workflows
