About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the CFO Business Partner in managing, coordinating and further developing central finance functions
- Work at the interface between strategy and operational execution
- Document and optimize financial processes in collaboration with the business units
- Contribute to the implementation of compliance policies and procedures and to the establishment and maintenance of the risk management system
- Identify and document risks in financial processes
- Provide functional and organizational support for ERP implementation projects
- Establish and maintain the Internal Control System (ICS)
- Prepare documentation for ICS audits and produce status reports
- Develop and refine intercompany policies and coordinate with international subsidiaries
- Determine allocation/pricing and transfer pricing rules in coordination with Tax
- Develop and continuously update a comprehensive Finance manual
- Participate in strategic finance projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- Initial professional experience in finance, auditing or management consulting (2–4 years)
- Ideally experience in process management, ERP projects, or internal control systems (ICS)
- Experience in the semiconductor industry or R&D environment is desirable
- Good understanding of accounting and finance processes
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Knowledge of process modeling and documentation
- Basic understanding of compliance and risk management requirements
- Basic project management skills
- Understanding of technology-driven business models and R&D-intensive industries is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
