About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be an Active-duty service member eligible for the DOD SkillBridge Program within 180 days of separation.
Pre-approval from Chain of Command to participate in internship lasting at least 90 days.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with recruiting or administrative functions is a plus.
Experience with Workday or other ATS platforms is a bonus.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Passion for BRCC’s mission and supporting Veterans, Military, and First Responder communities.
