About the role
- Analyze syndicated data, shopper trends, and competitive performance
- Develop insights that support account strategies and category recommendations
- Support line review storytelling and help build the national narrative that can be customized by customer
- Present category insights and recommendations to key retail partners
- Support customer business planning with clear, data-driven insights
- Track category performance across channels using syndicated and internal data
- Identify distribution, market share, velocity, and pricing opportunities
- Coordinate with Channel and Customer teams to apply insights to execution
- Support innovation validation efforts by providing category context and macro trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field
- 4–6 years experience in Category Management or CPG insights
- Proficiency with Nielsen or Circana platforms
- Experience presenting directly to retailers in formal and informal settings
- Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify data for action
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and operate in fast-paced growth environment
