Salary

💰 £30,000 - £40,000 per year

About the role

  • Create and deliver self-serve materials, including e-learning and video content
  • Identify gaps in customer knowledge and design materials to bridge these gaps
  • Learn, document, and share best practices and re-usable assets with Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
  • Develop strong working relationships across internal functions (Sales, Product, Delivery, Operations, Marketing, etc.)
  • Create and develop both internal documentation and initiatives to improve understanding and communication between business functions
  • Record, communicate, and work to resolve any risks or issues that may impact project deadlines

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience creating informative video content
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to learn and adapt autonomously
  • Excellent general information technology skills
  • Enthusiasm in learning new technologies
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to fulfil all requirements to achieve Security Clearance (SC) and NPPV3
  • Familiarity with Forensic processes and tools (Desirable)
  • Experience with Learning Management System Administration (Desirable)
  • Experience public speaking (Desirable)
