About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and deliver self-serve materials, including e-learning and video content
Identify gaps in customer knowledge and design materials to bridge these gaps
Learn, document, and share best practices and re-usable assets with Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
Develop strong working relationships across internal functions (Sales, Product, Delivery, Operations, Marketing, etc.)
Create and develop both internal documentation and initiatives to improve understanding and communication between business functions
Record, communicate, and work to resolve any risks or issues that may impact project deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience creating informative video content
Ability to work well in a team
Ability to learn and adapt autonomously
Excellent general information technology skills
Enthusiasm in learning new technologies
Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment
Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field or equivalent experience
Ability to fulfil all requirements to achieve Security Clearance (SC) and NPPV3
Familiarity with Forensic processes and tools (Desirable)
Experience with Learning Management System Administration (Desirable)
Experience public speaking (Desirable)
