About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead generation and qualification: Identifying and developing potential customers through targeted prospecting and lead qualification.
- Customer acquisition: Executing outbound campaigns (phone, email, social media) to increase brand awareness and generate sales opportunities.
- Needs analysis: Conducting detailed needs analyses to understand the requirements of potential customers and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaboration with the sales team: Working closely with our clients' Account Executives to ensure that leads are effectively followed up and developed into successful closes.
- CRM management: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data maintenance in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Market monitoring: Observing market trends and competitors in order to continuously adapt and improve sales strategies.
- Reporting and analysis: Preparing regular reports on sales activities and analysing sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in German (C1 level or higher)
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Development, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Strong focus on customer needs and the ability to sell solutions that deliver real value
- Self-motivated, with the ability to plan independently and set priorities
