About the role
- Active prospecting: research, identify and approach potential customers who could benefit from ERP solutions via phone, email, social media (such as LinkedIn) and other outbound tools;
- Lead qualification: understand the prospect's timing, identify their management needs, company size, industry segment and level of technological maturity;
- Initial solution presentation: clearly explain the ERP's differentiators without getting into technical details, highlighting the platform's strategic value;
- Meeting scheduling: set up and hand off qualified opportunities to sales consultants (Account Executives), ensuring a smooth transition and complete information;
- Recording and follow-up: keep the CRM (typically Sankhya Om, HubSpot or RD Station) updated with detailed information on interactions and lead status;
- Collaboration with marketing and sales: align demand-generation strategies, provide campaign feedback and improve the qualification process.
Requirements
- Degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields;
- Preferably postgraduate degree in: Business or Technology;
- Experience selling technology solutions, preferably SaaS (Software as a Service);
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
