About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs
- Own end-to-end delivery
- Drive AI and automation initiatives
- Partner cross functionally with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Product, IT, Revenue Operations, and FP&A
- Translate business objectives into clear program strategies
- Establish and enforce program governance
- Lead cross functional teams and external partners
- Bring clarity to ambiguity
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Director of PMO
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8 – 12+ years of program or project management experience, with a focus on enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, CPQ, billing, data platforms)
- Proven success delivering complex programs in a matrixed SaaS or technology environment
- Strong execution mindset
- Deep understanding of enterprise systems architecture, integrations, and business process design
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and third-party partners
- Excellent communication skills
