About the role

  • Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle — from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Serve as the trusted primary point of contact for all local employees and managers regarding day-to-day HR matters.
  • Act as the subject-matter expert on Brazilian labor law, maintaining internal policies and benefits programs.
  • Partner with the Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead implementation of compensation policies.
  • Lead the design and execution of local team events and office initiatives.
  • Manage accounts payable, payment requisitions, and invoice organization.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in People Operations within Brazil.
  • Strong knowledge of CLT, collective bargaining agreements (dissídios), and payroll processes.
  • Proven ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to completion autonomously.
  • Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive communicator who builds bridges between local teams and global leadership.
  • Professional fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
