About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle — from onboarding through offboarding.
Serve as the trusted primary point of contact for all local employees and managers regarding day-to-day HR matters.
Act as the subject-matter expert on Brazilian labor law, maintaining internal policies and benefits programs.
Partner with the Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead implementation of compensation policies.
Lead the design and execution of local team events and office initiatives.
Manage accounts payable, payment requisitions, and invoice organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience in People Operations within Brazil.
Strong knowledge of CLT, collective bargaining agreements (dissídios), and payroll processes.
Proven ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to completion autonomously.
Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.
Proactive communicator who builds bridges between local teams and global leadership.
Professional fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
