About the role
- Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle — from onboarding through offboarding.
- Serve as the trusted primary point of contact for all local employees and managers regarding day-to-day HR matters.
- Act as the subject-matter expert on Brazilian labor law, maintaining internal policies and benefits programs.
- Partner with the Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead implementation of compensation policies.
- Lead the design and execution of local team events and office initiatives.
- Manage accounts payable, payment requisitions, and invoice organization.
Requirements
- Significant experience in People Operations within Brazil.
- Strong knowledge of CLT, collective bargaining agreements (dissídios), and payroll processes.
- Proven ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to completion autonomously.
- Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive communicator who builds bridges between local teams and global leadership.
- Professional fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
