About the role

  • - Build a strong understanding of the levers impacting our performance (growth dynamics, competition, network & pricing structure) and recommend actions to increase our impact
  • - Provide actionable insights and reports to BlaBlaCar’s executives to support their strategic decision-making
  • - Evaluate the performance of current business operations and recommend strategies and tactics to achieve business goals
  • - Build positive and trustful relationship while working with management to identify business needs, challenges and opportunities
  • - Analyze and deliver reports for stakeholders with Tableau software

Requirements

  • - Degree in Engineering, Business or Economics
  • - 2-4 years of experience in consulting, business intelligence, or other relevant analytical position or internships
  • - Excellent communication skills: experience in synthesizing and communicating data clearly
  • - Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to think strategically and “outside the box”
  • - Strong attention to details and the ability to step back to see the bigger picture
  • - Ability to take ownership, aligned with business priorities
  • - Fluent in English (Portuguese, Ukrainian is a plus)

  • - Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau)
