About the role
- Define and execute BlaBlaCar’s Tech strategy around internal tooling and services
- Lead a team of 25+ Tech professionals organized into several teams
- Oversee the identification of needs, sourcing of new solutions, managing implementation projects, and organizing run activities
- Smoothen the daily life and operations of all BlaBlaCar employees for efficiency, productivity, and comfort.
Requirements
- Strong and successful managerial track record, including managing managers
- At scale leadership and communication skills (written and oral)
- Experience in managing company-wide SaaS contracts and solutions; experiences with Salesforce Service Cloud and Workday are a plus
- Business acumen & Customer Centricity having an ability to be a creative and reliable product and business partner
- Problem-solving skills and a track record of achieving results in complex ecosystems
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Aligned with our company culture
- English is mandatory, french is a plus.
